1. Acceptance

By creating an account or contributing funds, you accept these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and not a resident of any restricted territory.

3. Contributions

All payments are sent manually to the published wallet addresses. Minimum contribution is $20. Full investor status requires $110 cumulative approved contributions.

4. Refunds

Partial contributions that do not reach $110 before the cap closes will be queued for manual refund. Refund processing may take up to 30 days.

5. No Guarantees

Tokens are utility-based. We make no representation regarding future value, listing, or returns.

6. Limitation of Liability

Leveragers and its team are not liable for any loss arising from market volatility, user error, or third-party services.
